The Japanese capital is a concoction of the modern and the traditional, as towering skyscrapers live among historic temples. With a diverse city comes diverse food, and Tokyo arguably offers the best food that Japan has to offer. With our cooking classes we offer many options for you to explore the variety of Japanese food such as Bento box making, sushi making, and ramen making. We offer you to explore the manifold of Japanese food as classes are taught by locals with recipes that have been passed down generations. In some of our cooking classes we even offer visits to a local market to collect your ingredients to cook with.
The instructor was extremely kind, patient, amiable and very very hospitable. She picked us up from the station, prepared the ingredients and guided us step by step as well as shared her calligraphy talents with us. It was a very creative, fun, extraordinary class! The food we made was also very delicious and healthy. We all enjoyed her special recipes that’s very different from what I had in restaurants. Definitely a five star ⭐️ to her!!!

"A delicious moment"
Cooking a meal with Sato offers a unique experience that is disappearing in our times. We are offered the opportunity to learn to get more familiar with new ingredients and food while working with Sato, by helping him prep, cook and present a Japanese home-cooked meal. Sato is offering recipes that not only offer comfort, but are also delicious and beautiful. This is not food that we would find necessarily in restaurants. This is food that has been cooked daily over several generations, and which has been passed on to him from his grand-grand-mother to his mother. And what he has learned from these generations, he passes on to us his students. This is a style of meal we want to bring home and share with our friends. Sharing the meal prepared together is a real treat and reward, one of the best time we had in Japan.
