Dumpling and noodle are the 2 most popular mama's food in northern China. Chinese housewives make them for important occasions throughout the year, They are the food representing love, happiness and hospitality. This is a popular hands-on experience in Beijing since 2014, hosted by Joyce Pan. 

You will learn to cook Beijing dumplings and noodle in a newly renovated local home in a 1992’s Beijing residential building. Taste Chinese tea, wine, and other seasonal produce while cooking, enjoy a delicious meal in the end. It's totally family friendly and it's great for team building, as well as friendship building.

Family friendly: Free for 5 years old and below

Morning Class:

• 11:00 am: Meet at the school
• 11:10 am: Enjoy local tea and start cooking

• 1:30 pm: End of the class 

Afternoon Class:

• 5:30 pm: Meet at the school
• 5:40 pm: Enjoy local tea and start cooking
• 8:00 pm: Enjoy your meal with your local friend
• 8:30 pm: End of the class
