Welcome to authentic Thai cooking school inspired with loved and proud of being Thai. Let's enjoy the traditional Thai cooking methods with Thai Master Chef who have experiences expert on authentic food.

Monday program
- Goong Hom Sabai ( Deep fried prawns sping rolls)
- Tom Kha Gai ( Coconut soup with chicken)
- Home made Pad Thai Sauce
- Pad Thai (Stir fried noodle Thai style)
- Khao Niew Ma Muang ( Mango Stick rice)
Wednesday program
- Kanom ping na gai (Fried ground chicken on bread)
- Tom Yam Goong ( Spicy and sour soup with prawns)
- Home made green curry paste
- Gaeng kiew wan (Green curry with chicken)
- Tub Tim Grob ( Yem beans in sweet coconut milk )
Saturday program
- Wi Hok Non Rang (Bird Shaped shrimp)
- Tom Jiw Gai ( Potato soup with chicken)
- Homemade Pad Thai sauce
- Khao Niew Ma Muang ( Mango sticky rice)
時間表
- 9:00 - 9.50 am: Pickup at your hotel or accommodation.
- 10:00 am: Introduction to Spices,Herbs,Thai Rice and Condiments in Thai food at the Local market.
- 11:00 am: Cooking Thai Appraiser and time to enjoy your dish.
- 12:00 pm: Cooking Thai Soup and time to enjoy your dish.
- 1:00 - 2:30 pm: Cooking Mean cot , Make Home meat Curry Paste , Thai Desert and time to enjoy your dish.
- 2:30 - 3:00 pm: Certification award and enjoy Fruit platter after class.
- 3:00 pm: Back to the hotel.

Great experience cooking class
From the pick up at my hotel til the end, every moment of the class was enjoyable.
The chef was funny and told during the visit at the market a lot about the different spices and ingrediënts.
The cooking school is a lovely place to chop en stir the food.
When you’re at Koh Lanta, plan de class in! Even when you’re not really into cooking. It’s a wonderfull way to learn more about Thailand and it’s food.

Amazing! Cool and informative :)
We had a really cool market tour and got a really interesting explanation about ingredients and how important they are in Thai cuisine. We went back to school and got a delicious drink and then we started cooking! Our teacher is the coolest ever, funny, nice and very professional. I was so happy we chose to do this course! Thanks again
