Olga Cooking Experience

Without a doubt, the very best part of the course was Olga herself. She is such an energetic and passionate woman, a true queen of pasta making! Her knowledge is incredible: she understands every detail about pasta, flour, and the entire preparation process. Her enthusiasm is contagious and made the whole experience both enjoyable and unforgettable.

This was our first cooking class ever and Olga set the standard really high! We had a great time and experience so we can truly recommend Olga. Not only because of her cooking experience but also as a warm person.

We were lucky to find this gem with such short notice (we were only in town for 1 night). Allyson is absolutely wonderful! She was patient and knowledgeable. We loved the attention to detail, education, and pearls of wisdom she shared about all the dishes. Everything was delicious and flavorful. Dieses Kocherlebnis hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Olgas Haus bot einen wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt, und die kleine Gruppengröße sorgte für eine sehr persönliche Atmosphäre. Wir lernten traditionelle Techniken der Pastaherstellung, genossen exzellenten Wein und nahmen neue Fertigkeiten, wunderbare Erinnerungen und ein paar Reste mit nach Hause.

Wir haben jede Minute dieses Erlebnisses genossen. Der Begrüßungswein trug zur Entspannung bei, und die Atmosphäre war freundlich und anregend. Olga erzählte uns Geschichten über die kulinarischen Traditionen Bolognesers und zeigte uns, wie man Pasta mit einem Nudelholz ausrollt. Alles, was wir zubereiteten, war einfach köstlich.

Wer in Bologna ein authentisches kulinarisches Erlebnis sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Olga ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin und Lehrerin. Der Kurs war bestens organisiert, praxisorientiert und auch für Anfänger geeignet. Das gemeinsame Genießen unserer selbstgemachten Tagliatelle, Tortelloni und unseres Tiramisu war ein wunderbarer Abschluss.

Das war viel mehr als nur ein Kochkurs – es fühlte sich an wie ein Nachmittag mit einer Freundin. Olga hat uns geduldig durch jeden Schritt der Pastaherstellung geführt, und ich war überrascht, wie viel ich dabei gelernt habe. Die Tortelloni waren unglaublich lecker, und ich freue mich schon darauf, die Rezepte zu Hause nachzukochen.

Olga empfing uns herzlich in ihrem wunderschönen Zuhause und wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Es war faszinierend zu lernen, wie man frische Tagliatelle und Tortelloni nach traditionellen Methoden zubereitet, und das Tiramisu war der perfekte Abschluss. Das köstliche Essen und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft machten diesen Besuch zu einem der Höhepunkte unserer Bologna-Reise.
