Menus are always seasonal and incorporate local products wherever possible.You will learn and enjoy a four course meal:

Programm

• 10:00 am: Meeting point at Cook in Ribeira. After the briefing, we will have the market tour.
• 11:30 am: Cooking class starts with a welcome drink.
• 11:45 pm: Preparing the ingredients and Cooking Session. 
• 13:30 pm: Tasting the cooked menu.
• 2:30 pm: Dessert time
• 3:00 pm: Estimated end of the cooking class
