Rooftop Yoga & Plant-based Dinner

Join me Chef Prish and my collaborative yoga partner as we guide you through an hour of yoga followed by a 4-course plant-based dinner. 

We consider these sessions to be self-care practices rather than social events. We’ll be practicing mindful eating and mindful conversation. 

We aim to help you ground, relax and de-stress while you enjoy reconnect to your body through yoga and enjoy a good, healthy meal.
