The Wine Tasting Experience is the most original tasting to which you can participate in the wine route of Tuscany a step away from the Val d'Orcia immersed in the vineyards.

The Wine Tasting Experience is available all year round and you can also stay overnight. Our experience in the territory will lead you to a tasting of red wines paired with endogastronomic products typical of Tuscany.

Book your dinner with a tasting of 5 types of wine of the area if you wish you can prepare and cook your meal recommended by us for your tasting. The meal will consist of 5 courses: appetizer, pasta dishes, main course dish and dessert. Each course will be accompanied by its wine to match.

Meat menu, also available for vegans, vegetarians and intolerance. The wines will be red from the Montepulciano area; on request also wines of Montalcino paying a supplement due to the higher cost of the bottles and the highest level of quality.

Our products are homemade and purchased from trusted suppliers, from homemade pasta, pizza, condiments, the specialty of the house the Filetto di Chianina.

The tasting lasts 4 hours, with the cooking class 5/6 hours. Arrival at the hotel, small snack, explanation of the wines on the menu, dinner or lunch, relax in our living room. With us you will never look at the time and the clock! We are waiting for you.

Starter:

• Fresh appetizer of the day

First course:

• Homemade pici with wild boar ragout (vegetable ragout for vegetarian / soup for vegan or vegetable pie)
• Ravioli with duck sauce (vegetable ragout for white vegetarian / soup for vegan or fried vegetables)

Second dish:

• Filet of Chianina (Vegetable pie for vegetarian and vegan)

Seasonal outline:

• Fresh cake of the day

The menu includes the red wines for tasting: 5 types of wines each to match its open range the bottle, each customer can have 1 or more glasses to be requested at no additional cost.

Programm

Morning Session:

• 11:00 am: Arrival in the structure for lunch
• 12:00 pm: Start of the explanation of the wines and lunch service
• 1:00 pm: Relax in our living room, if the weather is nice even in the pool.

Afternoon Session:

• 6:00 pm: Arrival in the structure for dinner
• 7:00 pm: Start of the explanation of the wines and dinner service
• 8:00 pm: Relax in our living room, if the weather is nice even in the pool.
