Now you can make the trendy steamed bao buns: Gua Bao at The Coriander Cooking Studio!
Our Studio locates in a 100-year-old house in the old downtown Taipei, Dadaocheng. You will feel time traveling back to the old good times in this area, and of course, feel at home when you come to our cooking studio.
In this class we make identical Taiwanese street food (Small Eats), you will get to know how the famous street food is made, and how the locals eat. Also know the secret of the spices used in the pork belly stew, and the Four-Spirits-Soup which you will never miss whenever you have a Guabao! What’s more, making your own Mango shaved ice is offered only in August! The class includes appetizers, main dish, soup and dessert with Taiwanese traditional tea ceremony.
Children under 6 can't take the class but can stay at the school during the class
