Best Cooking Class I've Done

Our class with Patricio was the most fun cooking class I've done. We started with a wonderful shopping expedition in the market. He bought us goodies to taste on the way (meats, cheese), and explained the matriarchal way the markets are run. At the fish market I said, "Ooh, I love navajas (razor clams)!". He said, "Well, let's buy some." The cooking experience was fantastic! We learned not just how to cook, but why certain foods are cooked certain ways. Everyone (there were 10 of us) got to help. And the food was absolutely amazing. The wine and conversation flowed, and Patricio was an entertaining and patient teacher. A perfect way to spend a few hours in San Sebastian.
