Visit the market with our chefs and discover the great variety of fish and seafood arrived at the fish stalls directly from the Cantabrian Sea. A real luxury! Back into our school, you will prepare tasty recipes, learn how to treat the product and finally enjoy the dishes accompanied with the perfect wines.
And don’t worry! Our chefs will give you tips to recreat these recipes at home with the fish you can find in your country.
