About
We teach 2 courses of meals (major and minor). Major refers to Dal-Bhat set or Dhindo set whereas minor refers to snacks like Momo, roti, thukpa, cellroti, etc.
The medicinal values of herbal spices and the correct mixing of different vegetables are also taught before the practical class.

Schedule
- 9:00 am: Introduction, Welcome, tea, snacks.
- 9:30 am: A lecture on history, culture, tradition, importance of Nepali food, etc.
- 10:00 am: Practical chopping and cooking for lunch.
- 12:00 am: Lunch and rest.
- 1:00 pm: Preparation plus cooking for snacks.
- 2:00 pm: Tasting and wrap up.
- 3:00 pm: End of the session and departure.
The duration of the experience is 6 hours.

The guests hire the taxi themselves and follow the Google map to reach us or they will ask the driver to call me. If their pick-up spot differs, I will have to hire a taxi and call them all in one spot so they all reach BNF simultaneously. They will share the taxi fare. If the price negotiations are done ok at 5000 NPR (Net transfer amount to BNF ) during booking then BNF will manage the transportation of both ways.
