Sushi, Tempura, and Sukiyaki are not the only Japanese foods! You can try more and more and more great tasty Japanese foods!

Do you like to eat and learn how to prepare it? Let's do it together at your teacher Lisa's kitchen in Tokyo (20 minutes train ride from Shinjuku area)! Lisa is a big food lover, and cooking lover! We are going to experience Japanese home cooking together, and you can ask me if you have any question, so that you can learn more! 

Menu

We are going to make one main dish, and 2 side dishes. Please choose the main dish you want to try from below, or if you have any specific menu you want to make, please let me know, so I can figure out if we can do the lesson for it. I arrange side dishes to go with the main menu.

• Butano Kakuni (Braised pork belly)

• Sweet chicken wing with sweet sauce
