Schedule
- 8:00 AM – Hotel Pickup: Pick up from your accommodation in air-conditioned transportation. Please check the included and excluded pickup areas.
- 8:00 AM – Local Farmers’ Market: Visit a local farmers’ market and discover fresh ingredients used in Balinese cuisine.
- 9:30 AM – Arrive at the Cooking School: Enjoy a traditional Balinese breakfast accompanied by coffee and tea.
- 10:15 AM – Explore Local Herbs & Spices: Learn about the aromatic herbs, spices, and ingredients that are essential to Balinese cooking.
- 10:45 AM – Cooking Session: Start your hands-on cooking class and learn how to prepare authentic Balinese dishes.
- 1:30 PM – Lunch: Enjoy your freshly prepared dishes on the balcony while taking in spectacular 180° views of the rice fields, mountains, and ocean. Includes one bottle of beer, free-flowing soft drinks, and bottled water.
- 3:00 PM – End of the Experience: Receive your own recipe booklet and return to your accommodation.
