Here you get a relaxing time with fresh air at our beautiful Garden. Enjoy the Time between the Cooking at our Thai Pavilion in the Garden or our Northern Style Room.

Fonnie, who is the leader of the Team, and her Husband Michael are your hosts. She’s looking back on more than 20 years of experience in Thai Cooking including around 10 years as a Chef in different Thai Restaurants in Switzerland. Come and join the Time with us and let us tell you our Secrets!

• Green Curry with Chicken using Green Curry Paste
• Red Curry with Chicken using Red Curry Paste
• Massaman Curry with Chicken using Massaman Curry Paste
• Khaw Soi (Chiang Mai Noodles) using Khaw Soi Curry Paste

Stir-Fried

• Pad Thai (Fried noodle Thai style)
• Fried cashew nut with chicken
• Stir-fried morning glory
• Chicken with basil leaves

Appetizer

• Papaya Salad

Soup

• Tom Yum Kung (Prawn in Coconut Milk)
•  Tom Kha (Chicken in Coconut Milk)
• Glass noodle soup with vegetable

• Arrival at our cooking school with a welcome drink

• Tour of our organic garden

• Cooking class begins with instructions on preparing glutinous rice

• Learn to make Sticky Rice with Mango and enjoy your meal

• End of the class and return drive to your hotel (approximately 30 minutes)
