Liccumi’a (Delicacy) is a brand created to make the Italian products known worldwide through fun cooking classes, made by the creator of the project, Chef Paolo, or by other talented chefs who work for Liccumi’a.
In these classes we teach the secrets to prepare and cook its majesty “The Fresh Pasta”. We like to make our guests feel special welcoming them with a great glass of wine and a taste of typical Italian products.
After breaking the ice, let’s the fun part begins. Our guests take delight in kneading the flour and using the pasta maker to make thin and very long strips of pasta dough that requires the help of everyone arms to hold it...yes, they will really be so long!
During the classe, we will create four different types of pasta: tagliolini, cavati, ravioli and tortelli.
Then, after we all have pleasantly floured, we start preparing the fresh tomato sauce and the fresh basil pesto to season the pasta. Later, after finishing to prepare the dishes all together, we leave our guests sit at the table to fill their tummy with the delights they have prepared.
At the end of the meal, the Chef will offer the dessert of the house.
