- Guests are picked up from their hotel in the Old Quarter area and transferred to the venue.
7:00 PM - Arrival & Welcome
- Guests are welcomed with a refreshing drink and introduced to the activity
- Brief overview of the menu and what to expect.
7:15 PM - Learn how to make Vietnamese dishes
- Guests learn how to make light Vietnamese dishes from scratch to pair with the cocktail.
8:00 PM - Cocktail-Making Session
- Guests learn to make three cocktails & along with the side dishes
- Hands-on experience with professional guidance.
- Opportunity to taste and refine each cocktail.
- Learn about Vietnamese alcohol and culinary culture.
- Interactive cooking session led by a local chef & bartender.
9:00 PM - Tasting & Socializing
- Guests enjoy the cocktails and dishes they’ve prepared.

9:30 PM - Return Transfer
- Guests are transferred back to their hotel in the Old Quarter area. Tour end.
