This immersive experience begins with a guided walk through a bustling local market, where you’ll select fresh herbs, vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, and traditional Vietnamese spices while learning about vegan ingredients and local food culture.
Back in our kitchen, you’ll take part in a hands-on vegan cooking class, guided step by step in preparing authentic Vietnamese dishes made entirely from plant-based ingredients. Along the way, we share essential cooking techniques, flavor-balancing tips, and the cultural stories behind each recipe—helping you connect more deeply with Hanoi and its cuisine.
The class concludes with a relaxed shared meal, where you’ll enjoy the dishes you’ve created together—filled with conversation, laughter, and memorable flavors. This experience is perfect for vegans, plant-based food lovers, and curious travelers seeking an authentic and meaningful way to experience Hanoi like a local.
