I have a wheat allergy and was able to confirm prior that it could be accommodated. I loved picking items in the garden. I made 4 items and they made the rice and had it cooking when I arrived. I was the only person in the class so I got 1:1 attention. Everyone there was so kind and friendly. I would definitely do another class my next time in Bali.
