A wonderful experience!
Highlight of our Florence trip!! Did this for my husband’s birthday and we had the best time!! Chef Rafa’s passion and eye for detail were the best part! Chef Mike noticed it was my husband’s birthday and prepared him an extra tiramisu and we all sang happy bday. Chef Rafa noticed my daughter was a dancer. It’s little details like that that made our night extra special! We learned so much about their history and the food. They were all so patient with us while we made our pasta and happy to help. When it came time to eat the dishes were absolutely delicious!! Even my picky eater loved her pasta! I learned so much and can’t wait to get back home to make our own pasta and tiramisu now on Sundays! Ci vediamo en New York!!
Raffaello and the team were amazing! We took our 2 young boys (3&5) and they loved it! Thank you ! Oh and one more thing – not only was it an authentic Italian cooking class, it was also a fantastic history lesson ! Highly recommend ! 5 stars! Kaz, Michael, Oscar & Tommy !

Yesterday was such a joy—learning to make pasta and tiramisu with Leonardo was an unforgettable experience. He taught us each technique, showing us how to cook with love. We sipped wine, laughed, and savoured every bite of our homemade pasta. Thanks again from Canada

It is really worth it, it is very cozy and fun, they are generous with the wine, and afterwards you can eat your own pasta! The tiramisu is also very tasty!
Very authentic pasta class!
Lucy and Kevin gave us the most wonderful experience from start to finish. They explained the technique of making the pasta and the traditional methods used so clearly which made it super fun and easy to follow. They made sure everyone’s pasta turned out as good as possible and even allowed everyone to stir the tiramisu mix. And of course the best part was eating your creations! They made sure you received the pasta that you made which we appreciated and it all tasted fabulous. On top of as much wine as you wanted and a tiramisu dessert I would say it was worth every penny! Thank you Kevin and Lucy!
Raffaello was the most fantastic cooking class instructor. He was simply a joy to be around. He was so knowledgeable about Italian history, culture and food. We had the best time making pasta. He was easy to follow and made the whole experience so much fun! The pasta and wine was delicious. The tiramisu was wonderful. You HAVE to try this class. We are here from Indiana and This cooking class at 360 was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend you to book you will not be disappointed. You make your own pasta and ravioli, limitless wine white or red and we made Tiramisu it was so delicious. The chef and staff were so friendly. We will book when we return. You will be glad you did. The aprons are everything!
The 360 Cooking Class in Florence was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, Raffaello made us feel at home with his warm, welcoming personality and great sense of humor. His passion for Italian cuisine was contagious, and his depth of knowledge about the ingredients, history, and techniques behind each dish made the class both educational and incredibly fun. We made two types of pasta from scratch, and Raffaello guided us every step of the way with patience and enthusiasm. The hands-on nature of the class made it easy to follow along, and it was so rewarding to enjoy the final dishes together with a glass of wine in hand. The class struck the perfect balance of learning, laughter, and delicious food. It was a relaxed and engaging environment, and Raffaello’s energy really brought everyone together. I left feeling inspired to try making pasta at home and with so many great memories. This is an absolute must-do if you’re in Florence!

Wow what a FUN TIME!! Started off with matching hilarious aprons! What an enjoyable mix of culinary and humor. Our teacher was hilarious and had everyone cracking up! Also taught us some really notable techniques and simple directions to take back home. TASTED AMAZING!! The sauce added to our pasta and ravioli was delicious! Chef brought all the participants together making a great community vibe!
What an amazing experience! Chef Raphael and Lucy were great teachers! The tiramisu was very yummy and the pasta tasty and the red wine went down smooth. We are inspired to bring Florence back to Arizona and make the recipes they taught us! Highly recommend this.
