For cooking, we use ceramic pots, just as our ancestors did (Inkas). In this way, we will keep all the natural flavor.

Lomo Saltado (Combining Peruvian and Asian culinary techniques, with sautéed beef, onions, tomatoes, chilli peppers, and fried potatoes).

Chicha Morada (Our national drink based on purple corn)
