You will be welcomed into an authentic Amalfi farmhouse, overlooking the upper part of the Amalfi Coast. This farm enjoys breathtaking views of the southern part of the Amalfi Coast and the Gulf of Salerno. For centuries, this farm has been card for by one of the oldest dynasties on the Amalfi Coast: the Acampora family. 

This farm has also been a place of inspiration for many poets, including Salvatore Di Giacomo. While resting in this heavenly place, he wrote the famous Neapolitan poem "Luna d'Agerola," one of the earliest dialect texts in the Neapolitan language. This gave rise to the name of the farm, which today is called "Luna d'Agerola."

During this experience, the Acampora family chef will teach you how to make an authentic Tiramisu from scratch, using Grandma Maria's famous recipe! After preparing the Tiramisu, you will relax while tasting delicious and homemade organic wine.

Afterwards, we will prepare fantastic mozzarella, from the genuine milk of our cow, raised and cared for on the farm. Next, we will prepare delicious noodles, from scratch, while having fun together.

Finally, you will taste all the organic products that we have prepared, and savor the true taste of Italian cuisine! We will also show you the farm and the breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast!

Lunch Session

• 11:00 AM: Welcome to the farm and introduction of the staff and facility.
• 11:10 AM: Start of class: Explanation of the history of tiramisu and preparation of the dessert.
• 11:25 AM: Preparation of pasta (noodles)
• 11:50 AM: Mozzarella cheese preparation and explanation of the difference between Fiordilatte and Buffalo Mozzarella cheese
• 12:10 PM: Lunch
• 12:45 PM: End of lunch and guests have the opportunity to explore the farm surroundings freely

Dinner Session

• 4:00 PM: Welcome to the farm and introduction of the staff and facility
• 4:10 PM: Start of class. Explanation of the history of tiramisu and preparation of the dessert.
• 4:25 PM: Preparation of pasta (noodles)
• 4:50 PM: Mozzarella cheese preparation and explanation of the difference between Fiordilatte and Buffalo Mozzarella cheese
• 5:10 PM: Start of dinner.
• 5:50 PM: End of dinner and free opportunity to explore the farm surroundings.
