Then, head to our traditional kitchen, where expert instructor will guide you in preparing the succulent Bun Cha, featuring grilled pork and fresh herbs.­

You'll also discover the art of crafting Egg Coffee, a beloved Hanoi specialty that blends whipped egg yolks with rich coffee and condensed milk for a creamy treat. • Head to our traditional kitchen.

• Enjoy hands-on participation with guidance from our instructor.

8:00 AM - Prepare Egg Coffee
