Join us for an authentic Florence pasta-making class in the kitchen of a local chef! Learn traditional Italian cooking skills you can recreate again and again at home.

Begin by selecting fresh ingredients from family-run markets in the Oltrarno neighborhood, then put on your apron and prepare the finest fettuccine and ravioli of your life. To finish on a sweet note, master the art of making the perfect tiramisù or another traditional local dessert—and enjoy every bite!

And whenever you need a break, a glass of Tuscan wine will be ready for you to enjoy.
