The experience begins with a warm welcome into a home kitchen and an introduction to the vibrant world of North Indian cuisine. Guests are first introduced to essential Indian spices and ingredients, learning how they shape the flavors of traditional dishes, and receive a written recipe card of the menu.
Next, participants begin meal preparation while exploring the aromas, textures, and flavor combinations that make Indian cooking unique. This sensory, hands-on process helps guests understand the role of each ingredient.
Guests then cook a complete North Indian vegetarian meal from scratch with step-by-step guidance, actively participating in every stage of the cooking process.
Once the dishes are ready, everyone sits down together to enjoy the freshly prepared meal in a warm home dining setting. The experience concludes with photos, recipe notes to take home, and lasting memories of an authentic Indian home cooking experience.

Guests are welcomed into the home kitchen and introduced to key Indian spices and ingredients used in the class. Recipe cards for the menu are shared.
2:15 PM – 2:45 PM | Preparation & Ingredient Exploration
Begin meal preparation while learning about flavor combinations, ingredients, and the basics of Indian cooking techniques.
2:45 PM – 3:45 PM | Hands-on Cooking Session
Cook a complete North Indian vegetarian meal from scratch with step-by-step guidance and active participation.
3:45 PM – 4:15 PM | Enjoy the Meal Together
Sit down and enjoy the freshly prepared dishes in a relaxed home dining setting.
4:15 PM – 4:30 PM | Photos & Wrap-up
Take photos, receive recipe notes, and conclude the experience with new cooking skills and memories.
