• Bò lá lốt - a popular Vietnamese dish consisting of seasoned ground beef wrapped in fragrant betel leaves.
• Bánh Mì -  The most well-known baguette in the world with Vietnamese sausage, butter, and meat.
• Chuối Nướng - Saigon’s best culinary hidden gem, Grilled bananas wrapped in its leaves mixed with sweet and salty mix silky coconut milk.
• Chè Mâm - Local Vietnamese sweet soup as a dessert or creamy Flan
• Saigon beer - a popular brand of beer produced in Vietnam, particularly associated with Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon). It's known for its refreshing taste and is widely consumed in the region.

• Pass by at Saigon Opera House (sd meeting point as well).
• We start at Chuoi Nep Nuong Vo Van Tan, situated in one of the city's most distinctive districts, this vendor occupies a modest street corner where a local family has been crafting a blended Vietnamese-Cambodian dish known as "Chuoi Nep Nuong" or "Banana Grilled with Sticky Rice" for over four decades.
• Walk into the Nguyen Thien Thuat Apartment Buildings Area, a hub for numerous renowned Vietnamese street food options that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. Managed by a local with over 25 years of expertise hailing from Hue in central Vietnam, this food stop promises a culinary experience.
• Take a leisurely walk along a street renowned for its barbecue seafood vendors, culminating in a visit to a local restaurant to savor the finest "Bò Lá Lốt" (Beef in Wild Betel Leaves).
• Visit the Ho Thi Ky Flower Market, the largest flower market in Ho Chi Minh City. They cater to the floral needs of the city and several provinces in the southern region of Vietnam. Established in the 1980s, this unique market preserves the distinctive charm of old Saigon.
• Taste delectable street food dishes.
• Explore the Khmer market, where you'll immerse yourself in the local experience by sitting amidst the locals. Indulge in Vietnamese pizza, a favorite among students, and take a moment to unwind with a Saigon beer (or jasmine tea), and listen to your student guides as they share insights into their local lives.
• Stop at Chinatown. 
• The last stop is Che Mam Khanh Vy, a Street food vendor selling Che, a Vietnamese sweet soup.  
• End of the experience and back to the hotel.
