Experience healthy organic tofu making from scratch. You will learn how to make healthy tofu using organic soybean. Ideal experience for vegetarians and people who love tofu and healthy food. This class includes a vibrant local Mangwon market tour before class too.
During the process, you will taste and cook everything you get in between: tasting soy milk, tasting soft tofu with soy sauce seasoning, cooking soybean pulp pancake and cooking tofu with stir-fried homemade Kimchi!
Small class (group of less than 3 people) is led by certified Korean chef Jomin ( She is running Kimchi making class and side dish class on Airbnb too! ) in English, and conducted in her own home kitchen around Hongdae area.
This is not a demo class, but a hands-on class you make your own tofu from scratch. So you can repeat healthy tofu making back at home for your beloved family and friends. During the class, you become friends sharing your passion about food, culture, and travel.
