At Jin’s Table, we strive to create an environment where our guests can feel at home, thus our classes are held in a cozy and comfortable kitchen. We’re one of the few studios that incorporate Hakka culture into our classes.

As a Hakka herself, Jin is happy to share anything about her culture, traditional food, and drinks, or even the best places to shop locally. Jin’s Table is meant to be an intimate and informative experience, so drop by, relax, and enjoy a friendly couple of hours.

10:00 am: Meet at Jin's Table
10:10 am: Welcome drink and start the cooking session, every participant will have their own set of kitchenware.
12:30 pm: Finish all the cooking and enjoy the meal, meanwhile, everyone can make some special souvenir and bring it home.
1:00 pm: End of the class

Afternoon Class:

3:00 pm: Meet at Jin's Table
3:10 pm: Welcome drink and start the cooking session, every participant will have their own set of kitchenware.
5:30 pm: Finish all the cooking and enjoy the meal, meanwhile, everyone can make some special souvenir and bring it home.

"Awesome Experience, highly recommended!"

This was definitely one if not THE highlight of our 4-day stays in Taipei! Jin is super nice and a great teacher. She also answered so many of our questions on Haka culture, Chinese and Taiwanese history etc. plus she gave us great off-the-tourist-track tips on what else to do in Taiwan. "Fantastic insights into Hakka culture."

Despite all my allergies etc. Jin organized optimal substitutions to make sure that I won't lack anything. She gave good explanation to every dish also with some cultural context, demonstrated the preparation and supervised the people doing it. Everything was done in a calm, welcoming mood in a superb location. I couldn't have imagined a better cooking class. It was one of my highlights in Taipei. Highly recommended!
