Lezioni di Cucina a Valencia

We had the best time at Raffa’s making paella. It was an all inclusive experience. A ride to get there, tapas, paella, dessert, sangria and wine. Raffa is very entertaining and his assistant Julietta was wonderful as well. Wow, Wow,Wow! Sign up and experience for yourself.

Lots of fun cooking paella and making sangria in the countryside of Valencia. Our hosts were warm, friendly, funny, informative and very entertaining. The included transportation from the city to the farm was very helpful. This will be a lasting memory!

Host and Chef Rafa was both professional and engaging. Location about 30 min outside Valencia added to the experience. Translation by Julieta was friendly and perfect.

We had a great time learning how to make Paella from Rafa. He was a very engaging and funny teacher, and the translator helped us understand every detail (and joke!) The food was amazing, and of course the sangria!

The food is absolutely beautiful and made with traditional recipes. You don't just leave with a satisfied appetite, you leave with the the confidence and recipes to make it again yourself. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to delve a little deeper into the Valencian culture, all while having some great food and meeting some awesome people.

My Wife and I attended the cooking course and had a great time, Raphy and Maria where great fun, not only showing us how to cook a great Paella, but also the history behind it. We would definitely recommend it, great fun and great value with lots of laughter.

What a brilliant experience. Fantastic hospitality. Very accommodating. Fun loving staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Food was sooo good.
