What an amazing way to immerse yourself in Palermo’s vibrant culture! The Capo and Ballarò markets were alive with energy, and the street food we tried was absolutely delicious. Our guide was fantastic—super friendly and shared so many fascinating insights about the local cuisine and traditions. I’ll never forget the taste of fresh cannoli and the lively atmosphere of the markets.

This tour was an absolute delight! Exploring Capo Market and Ballarò with such a knowledgeable guide made the experience unforgettable. The street food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The Nebrodi Heights wine and cheese tasting was an absolute treat. The venue was stunning, with panoramic views that set the perfect atmosphere. The wines were perfectly paired with artisanal cheeses, and we learned so much about the local producers. A must-do for wine and cheese lovers!

Partake in authentic local wine, cheese and antipasti in an elegant apartment in the old town of Palermo. The experience will be the highlight of your trip. It is a pleasant adventure to locate her site amidst the highlights of historical Palermo.

What a fantastic experience hosted by Patrizia in her home in Palermo. Six wines to taste along with cheese, olives, olive oil made by Patrizia , tapenade, and fresh bread. Would highly recommend for a truly Sicilian experience!

Her home was beautiful and we had a lovely class and lunch outside. She used fresh ingredients and involved our entire family. My girls, ages 11 and 17, were happy to help prepare the meal and the food was delicious! We will do this again!

We took a fantastic cooking class with Patrizia! I contacted her the night before the class and she responded promptly, fortunately she had a slot open the next morning. We started at the market buying fresh ingredients and then headed to her gorgeous apartment. We prepped the food while having wine and cheese over fun conversations. The multi-course meal was delicious! Patrizia is an expert instructor who made the experience fun for the whole family!

She was very accommodating as one of my daughter is a vegetarian and the other does not like seafood. We then went back to her lovely apartment to prep and cook our meals. Patrizia is great explaining everything and speaks multiple languages fluently. The lunch was fantastic! We also had an amazing cannoli for dessert. She has cats that love to play as well. I would highly recommend this experience! I felt like family and can’t wait to come back! I feel that a great way to experience the culture is by knowing how to cook authentic food.

We met Patrizia to shop in the Capo market for a delicious lunch. Patrizia welcomed us in her home to prepare the most wonderful meal. Patrizia was warm, friendly engaging and shared so much about her beloved Palermo. Meeting Patrizia, the cooking class and delicious lunch were certainly the highlights of our trip!
