You can explore a wide array of fresh tropical seafood, meats, poultry, aromatic spices, and organically grown tropical fruits.

This experience precedes your hands-on cooking session, where you'll learn to recreate traditional dishes such as satay, spicy sambal sauces and dips for fresh salad mixes, and various healthy desserts. 

Our chef instructors are dedicated to imparting their knowledge and expertise to students of all skill levels in our intimate, hands-on setting. While our kitchens are professionally equipped, you'll also gain the skills to adapt each recipe for your home kitchen. Variety of sample menus you can choose from:

• The complete spice paste (base genep or gede)
• Spice paste for seafood base be pasih (orange in appearance)
• Beef rendang (rendang daging)
• Whole roasted chicken (ayam betutu)
• Assorted seafood curry (kari seafood)
• Grilled fish in banana leaf (pesan be pasih)
• Minced chicken satay (sate lilit ayam)
• Green bean salad with chicken (lawar kacang)
• Vegetable Salad in peanut sauce dressing (pecelan)
• Fried nodles (Mie Goreng)
• Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng)
• Coconut pancake (Dadar Unti)

スケジュール

• Pickup from the hotel lobby at 2:30 pm (The pick up service is only for nusa dua, jimbaran and kuta)
• Arrival and introduction at the cooking school.
• Start of the cooking session.
• Enjoy the meal you created.
• End of the class (without drop-off).
