このクラスについて

Not also cooking but also our beautiful countryside will be shown. With our fishing life tour, you will enjoy the big experience by boat on the river. You will enjoy becoming a real fisherman by catching net and sharing the local techniques in catching fish. Fishes will be caught by yourself and fresh smell, it will be worth your day. Learning traditional fishing customs by padding a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats while exploring the water coconut - palm which was a witness for the local history. You will become a real fisherman by fishing crab.

After that, you will be warmly welcomed to our restaurant with nice local greeting drinks. You'll have 2 hours become "our family members" by cooking class. Our chef will teach you how to cook some local foods and you'll enjoy your lunch or dinner made by yourself.

Our local guides will pick you up at your hotel and you will be transferred to the local market in Hoi An. Our guide will introduce different ingredients to you one by one during your cooking class.

Excellent cooking class

The cooking class was excellent with a relaxed atmosphere and delicious food. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We did the afternoon tour when the markets are much more quiet- morning would likely have been better. The boat ride guide was cheerful and enthusiastic. We were a little surprised at the volume of tour companies running boat rides on the river- it was more ‘touristy’ than we had anticipated. None-the-less, our guides and chef were amazing and we appreciated their hospitality.

Fun varied and well prepared class

This is tour run by local restaurant people who are keen to share their knowledge and love of food. Plenty of time to ask questions and engage with the presenters. Food was delicious and fresh and I feel like I could make the dishes at home.

Great experience, you must try!

We lovede everything, from the market tour to the cooking class and the boat trip in the coconut forest. Really reccomend it!!

Wonderful experience!

We want to thank Long and his family for the joyful afternoon they organised for us. They were very welcoming hosts. In particular, the basket boat tour was very exciting; we even managed to catch a small fish and a crab which we dutifully returned back to the water. The subsequent cooking class was a fun experience as well, with a lot of food. Although for regular homecooks like us, there were not any new techniques we discovered, we still learned some delicious vietnamese recipes. Over dinner Long joined us for a chat which made us feel like part of the extended family rather than mere "clients". To conclude: good food, good mood!

Loved it, would recommend!

Well-organized and informative tour. We had a total of 6 people on our tour. It was great to have such a small group, especially during the market tour so we could hear properly and ask questions. The basket boat ride was a highlight. The food was delicious and there was sooo much of it! Well worth the money.
