1/2 Day - Cooking class with Chef Paolo Monti.

You will learn the tricks and short cuts great chefs use to make delicious, appealing healthy dishes in a few minutes, out of apparently simple but excellent ingredients!

We offer you daily hands-on cooking classes.

Appetizers:

• Shrimp salad on bread of fresh

• Mussels sautè with garlic, lemon and wine
• Cozze al Sambuca

• Fresh tuna tartare

First Courses:

• Mezze maniche ai pistacchi e gamberi
• Mezze maniche pasta with a pistacchio and shrimp sauce
• Main Dishes
• Orata all'isolana
• Baked whole fish with basil, tomato, onion and potato
• Filetti di pesce al cartoccio
• Fish fillets baked in foil
• Tagliata di tonno con salsa di lattuga
• Grilled fresh tuna with lettuce sauce

Desserts:

• Panna cotta
• A cream dessert

• 10:00 am Start the cooking class
• 11:00 am Cooking session 1 and tasting
• 12:00 am Cooking session 2 and tasting
• 1:00 pm Dessert session and time to enjoy your dish
• 1:45 pm End of the cooking class and ready to go back
• 2:30 pm Finish the cooking class
