• Stir-fried Amis seasonal vegetable
• Seaweed salad
• Aboriginal-style wild greens soup
• Macao BBQ pork
• Home-made rice wine or dessert
• The meal goes with either:
• Steamed sticky rice with banana leaves or
• Steamed bamboo rice or
• Alpinia steamed rice
