Authentic Japanese Home-Style Culinary Class Around Shinjuku

このクラスについて

Let's enjoy this cooking class together! In this experience, you'll learn basic but authentic home-style Japanese cuisine in or around Shinjuku, Tokyo, which is located at the center of Tokyo. 

When you book this class, you can select one of four different menu options (see below). All of the menus is very popular and well-known dishes from Japan. This activity will take about 2 hours and 30 minutes to cook everything and then enjoy the meal we made together. 

At last, If you have food allergies, let us know in advance. We can discuss our menu and what options will be available to you.

When booking, you have the option to select a set menu from the choices below. The host will prepare the ingredients in advance.

Menu A: Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake) Set

•       Okonomiyaki
•       Yakisoba (Yellowtail or Chicken)
•       Rolled Egg
•       Spinach Salada
•       Miso Soup 

Menu B: Gyoza, Takoyaki Set

•         Gyoza 
•         Takoyaki Dumplings
•         Japanese Pickles 
•         Miso Soup

Menu C: Rolled Sushi Set

•        Rolled Sushi  
•        Teriyaki Dish
•        Spinach Salada
•        Miso Soup

Menu D: Karaage(Japanese Juicy Fried Chicken), Tonjiru Set

•         Karaage 
•         Tonjiru Notorious Soup
•         Onigiri Riceball
•         Rolled Egg
•         Spinach Salada

You may also request menus you'd like to try, excluding Menu A to D.

Note: 

You can only choose the menu if you or your group are the sole attendees for the day. If another group is also attending the same class, menu selection is not available.

• 1:30 pm: Ready to go back

Dinner Time Class

• 5:00 pm: Introduction and Cooking starts
• 6:45 pm: Dinner time
• 7:30 pm: Ready to go back
