Back in our kitchen, learn to prepare 10 traditional dishes including Balinese Paste, Grilled Fish, and Banana Fritters. Chef Denny, with more than two decades of culinary experience, will expertly guide you through each recipe. Enjoy the added convenience of complimentary transportation within Nusa Dua, ensuring a smooth and unforgettable experience from beginning to end.

• Sambal Matah (Balinese raw lemongrass sauce)
• Sate Lilit Ayam (minced chicken with Balinese paste in a bamboo skewer)
• Pepes Ikan (steamed fish with basil, tomato, and Balinese paste wrapped in banana leaf)
• Urap-Urap (assorted blanched vegetables with grated coconut, chili, and shrimp paste)
