In our exclusive cooking course, immerse yourself in the art of preparing exquisite dishes featuring wild boar meat sourced directly from our forested grounds. These animals roam freely, ensuring their welfare and providing a sustainable alternative to conventional meats.

• Friggione

A traditional sauce originating from Emilia-Romagna. It features a savoury blend of slow-cooked onions, tomatoes, and lard or olive oil, resulting in a rich and flavourful condiment. It's often served as a spread on crusty bread or tigelle.

• Wild Boar Stew

A rustic dish featuring succulent wild boar, sweet carrots, and aromatic onions. The boar is seared and simmered with tomatoes for a touch of acidity, while juniper berries add a unique, piney flavour. This hearty stew captures the essence of countryside cooking with its rich and balanced taste.

• Polenta

A classic Northern Italian dish made from coarsely ground cornmeal. Often served as a base for meats and stews, polenta can be enjoyed soft and creamy or allowed to set and then grilled or fried. Its mild, comforting flavour makes it a versatile and beloved staple in Italian cuisine

• If you do not plan to come by car, we will pick you up at the train station and take you to the villa
• We do the mise en place
• We cook the dish overlooking the beautiful hills and plains
• Enjoy the meal that you created.
• End of the experience and drop off where we picked you up.
