• Master the Basics: Sushi Rice (Shari)

The most important element of delicious sushi is sushi rice (shari).
In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare sushi rice from scratch using a traditional wooden sushi tub. The chef will carefully explain professional techniques such as seasoning, mixing, and cooling the rice—skills you can easily recreate at home.

• Make Nigiri Sushi (8 Pieces)

Next, you will make 8 pieces of nigiri sushi.
The toppings vary depending on the season, allowing you to enjoy fresh, seasonal fish just like at an authentic sushi counter in Japan. You will practice the delicate balance between rice and topping, learning techniques that look simple but require refined skill.

• Create Gunkanmaki Sushi
