• Appetizer: Gai Hor Bai Toey (Chicken Wrapped in Pandan Leaves) – Learn the art of wrapping and deep-frying marinated chicken for a fragrant, crispy, and juicy bite.
• Main Dish: Pad Thai – Master the most iconic Thai stir-fried noodle dish, balancing sweet, sour, salty, and umami flavors with a perfect wok-tossed texture.
