The Art of Italian Dough: Pizza, Pasta & Pastries

In this fun and engaging course, with just a few fresh, wholesome ingredients, you will get into the heart of traditional Italian cooking. What you will do:

• You will learn how to make pizza and schiacciate, from working the dough and choosing the toppings to the final cooking.
• You will also prepare a pasta of your choice between tagliatelle and pici.
• You will complete your culinary journey by creating a unique dessert, crostata, with its irresistible combination of velvety cream, jam, or chocolate.

During the lesson, between a laugh and a technical gesture, there will be time to taste our specialties including bruschetta enriched with our fine extra virgin olive oil and a tasty glass of our wine, in perfect Italian style.

At the end, you will bake your works of art ready to be tasted and shared.
