Then, drift along the serene Hoi An River in a traditional rowboat, soaking up the tranquil surroundings and authentic village atmosphere.

Next, visit a fragrant herb garden to discover the fresh ingredients that are the heart of Vietnamese cooking. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves for a two-hour hands-on cooking class led by local chefs. Using time-honored techniques, you’ll prepare a selection of authentic dishes in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

The experience concludes with a homemade lunch featuring the dishes you've crafted—a delicious reward for your culinary efforts. Book now and cook your way through Hoi An!

Welcome at Meeting Point (10 minutes)

• Begin your flavorful day at 98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hoi An Ancient Town.
• Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink as you meet your guide and fellow food enthusiasts.

Hoi An Central Market Exploration & Scenic River Cruise (60 minutes)

• Embark on a guided tour through Hoi An's vibrant and bustling central market. 
• Engage your senses with the amazing sights, sounds, and aromas of this local hub.
• Interact with friendly local sellers, gaining insights into their daily lives and the fresh produce they offer.
• Boat for a leisurely and picturesque 25-minute cruise along the tranquil Hoi An River to get back to our venue for the Cooking Class.

Herbs & Vegetable Garden Tour (20 minutes)

• Upon arrival at our venue, take a guided stroll through their lush herb and vegetable garden.
• Learn about the fresh, aromatic ingredients that are essential to authentic Vietnamese cuisine and often used in your upcoming cooking class.

Hands-on Cooking Class (3.5 hours)

• Discover the history and key ingredients of some of Hoi An's and Vietnam's most renowned dishes.
• Watch as the experienced chefs provide clear and engaging demonstrations for each dish.
• Get your hands involved! Prepare each dish yourself at your workstation, following the chef's guidance.

Savour Your Creations (40 minutes)

• Savor the fresh flavors of your hard work for lunch, featuring the authentic Vietnamese dishes that you have personally prepared.

Return to Hoi An Town (20 minutes)

• Transfer back to the center of Hoi An
