You’ll begin by learning how to prepare temaki sushi, rolling fresh seafood and crisp seasonal vegetables into perfectly balanced hand rolls. Next, explore the art of tempura as you select your favorite seafood and vegetables, lightly battering and frying them to a golden, airy crisp.
