Take a morning tour of the famous Kedonganan seafood market, Jimbaran Local Market escorted by the Chef to source the freshest ingredients. Continue by visiting Jenggala Ceramic Factory in Jimbaran. 

The return to the hotel where our chef will guide you to various techniques of food preparation and the cooking style used in our island homes before your eyes. Then feast on the results!
