This class led by Chef Paul at the famed Blue Elephant was personal and comprehensive. It started with a trip to a local market and each of the four dishes we made from scratch was delicious and beautiful. Chef Paul first show us how to make each dish followed by a hands on session in the kitchen to make the dishes on our own. At the end, we got to enjoy the dishes in its beautiful restaurant. We lucked out with a small group of only two couples. Our dishes included yellow curry beef, spicy fish, sweet and sour prawn soup and finally a chicken salad. All made with locally ingredients and tasked amazing! Highly recommend this class if you want to learn about authentic Thai cooking from the best! We left satisfied, recipes in hand and a nice Blue Elephant apron.

Good experience really enjoyable

We had an AMAZING time!! I surprised my boyfriend with this for his birthday and he was in heaven. Our chef took us to the market and was so wonderful and kind to us all day! The food was out of this world!

Molly my tutor was very informative and patient with me..it was lovely and would highly recommend it.

The chefs were very skilled and knowledgeable. They were able to clearly explain and demonstrate all techniques required to complete each of the five recipes. They also demonstrated how to adjust the final products to meet our individual tastes. Everyone was friendly and really made us feel at home. It was a great experience and I would love to go back.

So glad I took the morning class which included the food market. Learning about how to choose the best quality ingredients to cook Thai food, what grows here, what is imported, and tasting things was great. The cooking class was equally interesting and challenging. All the dishes were delicious but my favorite was yellow curry. It’s the first time I have tasted “real” homemade curry sauce. It is out of this world! All the staff at Blue Elephant rate “10”. Perfect day. Thank you.

Molly the chef 👩‍🍳 was brilliant. We managed to cook 4 dished and a dessert. All delicious and it was a fun experience. She gave us a lot of good tips and we loved the hands on experience

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Our visit was so informative that I have learned so much about the historical landmarks of Phuket. The cooking class was also the highlight of our tour. I have learned a whole lot of new techniques in cooking Thai culinary thanks to our chef and all the staff who guided us in our class. The food was also incredibly delicious! A must try course! And oh, I also got my certificate, apron and lots of products as well, feeling like a true Thai Chef!

My teacher is very kind and friendly. Cooking class was very well organized. We got a certificate and little gifts from the cooking school which was very satisfied. In addition, we can eat our dishes at restaurant!

Excelente opção para conhecer de verdade sobre a gastronomia tailandesa com profissionais da área. Extremamente organizado, primeiro é feito a aula show e depois os alunos praticam na cozinha exclusiva. O Blue Elephant está sempre em destaque nas classificações de melhores restaurantes. Após finalizar as produções é organizado um almoço no restaurante. Vale a pena.

Very authentic Thai cooking class, exactly the experience we were after. Our chef host explained very well the purpose of each of the ingredients and it was a complete treat to sit down afterwards to enjoy our dishes in the restaurant. The staff were delightful. Would highly recommend and would happily do again.

We loved the whole experience, and the location is just amazing. Very clean and hands-on and delicious food! Actually some of the best food we had in Phuket!
