이 수업은 좀 더 심화된 수업입니다. 소규모의 사람들과 함께 하는 수업으로, 셰프님께서는 참가자 모두에게 신경을 쓰려고 노력할 것입니다. 이 수업에서 가장 좋은 점은 여러가지 향신료와 허브를 넣어 독특하고, 맛있는 여러가지 음식을 만들어 보는 것입니다.

It was fantastic
My instructor was very fluent in English and I could clearly understand her. Her teaching instructions were clear, precise and informative. She was kind and patient. I learned quite a bit in the class. All the food we cooked was delicious. I hope to cook it for my family in USA when I get back home.

Excellent!
I immensely enjoyed my Vietnamese cooking class! Chef Mai and the staff were friendly and made us feel at home. We got hands-on experience making delicious dishes like sizzling pancakes and pho ga. It wasn't just about cooking; we learned the stories behind the ingredients and their cultural significance. Plus, we got a recipe booklet to recreate these tasty dishes at home. I highly recommend it for foodies and anyone looking for a fun culinary adventure! Kudos to the awesome team for a fantastic day.

Very well spoken English from local chef, met in market first for lesson on fresh produce, cooking school is well set up, very hands on, complete with recipes, would def do it again and highly recommended!!
