I could take individual lesson in a cozy an homely atomosphre and could choose three dishes among more than 10 items. It was much better than lerning the fixed typical dishes.
Excellent and enjoyable day. We enjoyed each part of the day - the farm, the market, the cooking and the eating. Our lead chef was very friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful surroundings to do the actual cooking class.

Great visit to the market to buy fresh produce. Walked through organic herb farm. Wonderful cooking facilities and the most amazing chef that taught us how simple but delicious Vietnam dishes that we now have the recipes and will definitely be cooking the dishes at home. Best part of the lesson was not only one. To go to a market with local, finding the fresh ingredient with knowledgeable teacher , and of course the taste of the dishes were so nice. It was one of the best part of my trip in Vietnam. Thanks to Evelyn and all the staff at the kitchen.
It was so much fun to cook with Duck. She was super patient and kind. The food was absolutely delicious!! Definitely recommend:)

Mi Mi was an exceptional host and experienced chef with a very friendly personality. Can’t recommend highly enough. A wonderful hands on cooking class with generous servings. Do not eat breakfast !
A really good hands on experience making some local delicacies. Lily was very welcoming, bringing us into her home and into her kitchen. The market was a short stroll away and communicating to her about the ingredients we were buying was very easy. Having a small group made it very personal and nice to bond together over the food we were preparing.
I’d previously walked through the markets - somewhat quickly - but to be taken through with an experienced chef who stopped to explain the fruits, vegetables, seafood and meats was a totally different experience and I really enjoyed it. The cooking class was fabulous. I highly recommend it. I’ve come away feeling that I can go home and recreate the items we made as I’ve been given the right information and instruction. Very enjoyable and I’d happily choose Red Bridge again!
Lihn was a wonderful host and made me feel comfortable from the moment we left my hotel. No one else had booked the session and so I had a wonderful one-on-one cooking class with him. We shared stories. He took me around the farm and we picked fresh herbs, oyster mushrooms and my first papaya from a tree. The class itself was informative and very hands on. I was able to eat as we went. The four courses were delicious. Highly recommend. As a solo traveler this was a great way to see local culture and gain some recipes I will continue to use at home.
Our day started being picked up by cyclo for a half hour ride through the city streets, ending at Ben Thanh market to meet Vi and purchase produce, then walked to Cyclo Restaurant to meet Chef Vu and learn new cooking skills, making many courses for lunch, finishing with an Egg Coffee. It really was a very enjoyable day and a great addition to our Vietnam experience.
