Booking was seamless and easy, and pick up went smoothly and on time. We liked the 4-7pm timing of this course so that it was timed for sunset, cooler time of day, and we didn't want a repeat of a five-hour course with a market tour that we had already done on another visit. Our cookery teacher, Trang, made the preparation of our four-dish feast lots of fun. The short but serene boat trip through coconut water was a fun way to reach the cooking school, which is a well equipped, natural and lantern-festooned oasis, breezy in the late afternoon, and a scenic backdrop to photos and while you work. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the experience was fun, social and unique.
