소개

우리의 즐거운 쿠킹클래스에서 전통 베트남 요리를 만들어보세요. 

클래스의 시작은 시장투어로 시작해요. 30년 전통의 꽃그늘이 있는 우리의 클래스인 인도차이나 빌라에서 세계적으로 유명하고 사랑받는 유명한 베트남 요리를 만들어보세요. 

이 클래스는 소규모(1-10명)으로 이루어져 있고, 전통 주방에서 전문 셰프님과 함께 요리를 만들거예요. 처음부터 차근차근 요리를 만들며 주방에서 맛있는 요리를 만들어 보세요. 4가지 요리를 만든 후 우리가 직접 만든 제철 쌀 와인을 시음해보세요. 직접 요리를 준비를 시작하는 것이 우리 클래스의 하이라이트에요. 베지테리언과 비건은 선택가능해요!

클래스가 끝난 후 여러분의 메일로 색이 가득한 요리책을 보내드릴게요. 집에 돌아갔을 때 요리책을 통해 베트남 요리를 다시 만들어보세요. 여러분의 친구들과 가족들을 맛있는 베트남 요리 세계로 초대해보세요!

Let’s see the Sample Menu for our best iconic 4-dish menu that almost everybody would like to try in Hanoi:

1. Nộm Hoa Chuối/Banana Flower Salad.
2. Phở bò/ phở gà - Beef/ chicken broth rice noodle soup
3. Nem/ Vietnamese Fried Spring-rolls: taste the best couple of Hanoian cuisine, Nem and Bún Chả.
4. Cafe dừa/ Coconut Coffee (or Chocolate) (or another dessert with egg cream and bean/corn for vegan)

Don’t worry if you prefer a vegetarian/vegan meal, veggie versions are available!
Please specify if you have any special requests/ food allergies/ dietary restrictions so that we can adjust an appropriate menu.
Our kitchen is not a professional school but rather a cultural hub offering an authentic local cuisine experience. We aim to provide you with a cozy and comfortable cooking environment, much like being part of a family.

Morning class

• 9:00-9:15 am: Get picked up from your hotel (in the Old Quarter)
• 9:30 am: Market tour to explore the ingredients of Vietnamese cuisines
• 10:30 am: Make 4 recipes together like an authentic Vietnamese family and listen to our cultural stories 
• 1:00 pm: Enjoy your creations with seasonal flavored rice wine
• 1:30 - 2:00pm: Cooking Class ends and get dropped off at your hotel (in the Old Quarter)

Afternoon class

• 3:00-3:15 pm: Get picked up from your hotel (in the Old Quarter)
• 3:30 pm: Market tour to explore the ingredients of Vietnamese cuisines
• 4:30 pm: Make 4 recipes together like an authentic Vietnamese family and listen to our cultural stories
• 7:00 pm: Enjoy your creations with seasonal flavored rice wine
• 7:30 - 8:00pm: Cooking Class ends and get dropped off at your hotel (in the Old Quarter)
