Had a really lovely morning - the setting is serene - in a quiet secluded garden. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious and enjoyed by all the family. Thanks

Chef Teddy was absolutely fantastic, he made to experience such fun and enjoyable.
Learn to make a traditional Balinese paste from chopping and grinding fresh ingredients, then incorporate that into some of the 9 dishes we made. followed by eating them at a table on the beach. Teddy was a fun host with good culinary knowledge and humourous personality, explaining along the way and answering any questions we threw at him. While listed as a 4 hour course, ours went for 3 hours due to our own knife skills matching his, and with just 2 people there's less questions and more hands on work. We also got a little recipe booklet for all the dishes and paste we prepared for later reference. We booked for a Vegetarian version of the class, had to shift days to do that, but then heard others had to choose another day due to wanting a meat or seafood version, so nice to know that our choices were respected. If you're staying for a week in the area, flexibility helps and paid of for us. Our resort was an hour's walk back home, time to burn off all the calories we ate! A fun, well paced way to understand a part of the local cuisine.
The food was great
We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking lesson with Adi and Kadek at Raja Bali. The visit to the Spice garden was very interesting and we learnt a great deal about all the ingredients in the dishes we cooked. The boys were very helpful. We made two different satays and a chicken stew plus a dessert. We sat in the garden and enjoyed eating what we had cooked (couldn't finish the dessert so brought it back to the hotel for later!) We would definitely recommend this class ... they even have transport provided within the Nusa Dua area which was lovely. Definitely give this a go .. you won't be disappointed!!
Excellent customer service from the time of pick up to the time we arrived home. The chef and manager were excellent and the food was absolutely amazing.
We were picked up from the hotel in a very comfortable car and driven to the class where we were greeted by the instructors and given a refreshing snack. The tour of the spice garden was very interesting and then the preparation of our meal was both good fun and really interesting. The food we cooked was delicious! I can highly recommend this cooking class.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the cooking class taken recently in Nusa Dua. We were picked up at our hotel and were driven to a beautiful serene area with open veranda with tables and manicured grounds. The 2 chefs firstly showed us the garden and explained the various herbs and spices. From there we went back to the kitchen and proceeded to make 5 dishes with the expert help of the chefs. We both really enjoyed the experience. The chefs were so helpful and informative and best if all we got to eat the dishes after. Nothing was rushed and we had great fun. Would recommend

From pickup, to the seafood market, to being guided by chef Denny in the kitchen the class is a highlight for food lovers. Highly recommend
