I enjoy the class, the food and the market tour with Ketut. We where only four student and there was all the time someone to give clear indications so it was nice. Recipe and food was delicious. But it was very "expeditious". We finished before 12pm so I think we only cooked for less than 2 hours while it was described that we should cook for 3h and finish around 1:30 or 2pm if my memory is good. And I really had the feeling that they rush us to finish as soon as possible. At the end, they don't make us cooked 2 of the recipes despite we had plenty of time ahead. Also the recipes given at the end of the class were not exactly as we cooked it (shorter with less details). So at the end, I think it is gonna be difficult to reproduce them at home.
So to conclude, it is a nice experience if you like to spend 3h having fun in the kitchen and eat a good balinese meal (because definitively it was very good =D). But if you really want to take the time to learn, it is probably not the good place. But is there one here in Ubud ? I don't know :)
