Authentic Sicilian cooking class in a family kitchen
소개
We will prepare 5 course menù, including appetizer, fresh pasta from scratch, second course with side dish and dessert.
The menù will change depending on seasons and availability of fresh products, but just for an example can be:
Fresh anchovies fried or Panelle (chickpeas slides fried)
Fresh pasta alla Norma or Spaghetti with fresh sardines and wild fennel
Swordfish rolls or Sardinas "Beccafico" or Sicilian meat rolls
Eggplant Caponata or Orange and fennel salad
Cannoli or Biancomangiare or Semifreddo (almond or pistacchio)

일정
- 9:45 am: Meet in Piazza San Giovanni and walk to the kitchen
- 10:00 am: Introduction to the day and coffee is served
- 10:10 am: Start the cooking session
- 1:00 pm: Tasting all the dishes that we prepare paired with Sicilian wine
- 2:00 - 2:30 pm: End of the day and return to the meeting point
